The following question regularly arises: 'Can I also collect my goods?'
The answer is, unfortunately, no. Although we have an office at the Keizerfazant in Heerhugowaard (and we have received a customer there in the past...) we cannot receive customers there. The building has a residential function and the area is unsuitable for receiving more than an occasional customer. But that's not the main reason.
The main reason that collection is not possible is that we are now so large that our stock is stored in various depots, from where it is sent to our customers. The time when our stock fit into the small bedrooms at the front is long gone. The depots where our goods are stored are not equipped to receive customers and are also located quite 'rural'. Collection from us is therefore not possible (anymore) .
