Removing / installing the tweeter:

Remove the terminal panel containing the bass ports (on the rear); this provides access to the interior of the speaker cabinet. From inside the cabinet, the woofer can be pushed out.
Remove the (top) woofer from the cabinet: detach the plastic ring starting from the top ('12 o'clock' position). Unscrew the woofer and check whether it has also been secured with sealant (adhesive). Be careful—if it is not sealed, the woofer might fall out!
If the woofer is secured with sealant, carefully cut away the sealant around the frame using a small blade. You can then push the woofer out from inside the cabinet. Disconnect the + and – wires so you can set the woofer aside.
Remove the tweeter: the tweeter is held in place within the cabinet by plastic pins. Find a piece of wood—or another suitable tool—that fits through the woofer opening. Insert the tool through the (top) woofer cutout, position it behind the tweeter, and tap the back of the tweeter to release the pins from the cabinet. Replace the tweeter on the back of the horn assembly. Reinstall the horn and tweeter into the cabinet and ensure all connections are properly re-established.
