Removing / installing the tweeter:

Remove the terminal panel containing the bass ports (on the rear); this provides access to the inside of the speaker cabinet. From inside the cabinet, you can push the woofer out.
To remove the woofer from the cabinet: detach the plastic ring, starting from the top ('12 o'clock' position). Unscrew the woofer and check whether it is also secured with adhesive sealant. Be careful—if it is not sealed, the woofer might fall out!
If the woofer is secured with sealant, carefully use a small knife to remove the sealant around the frame. You can then push the woofer out from inside the cabinet. Disconnect the positive (+) and negative (–) wires so you can set the woofer aside.
To remove the tweeter: the tweeter is secured to the cabinet with plastic pins. Find a piece of wood or another suitable tool that fits through the woofer opening. Insert the tool through the (upper) woofer opening, position it behind the tweeter, and tap the back of the tweeter assembly to release the pins from the cabinet. Push the new tweeter assembly back into the cabinet and reconnect everything properly.
