Shipping costs 2026
As of December 31, 2025, we offer the following shipping services for your purchases:
- Regular mail shipping (no tracking number)
- Regular mail shipping with a track & trace number
- Insured shipping with a track & trace number
The shipping price depends on the service you choose, the destination, and the value and size of the item you purchased. Large items (e.g., surrounds larger than 10 inches) must be shipped as a parcel, which is subject to a different rate than standard mail. We are required to charge VAT on our shipping costs for sales within the EU.
All our mail is shipped via PostNL. PostNL is often represented abroad by the (former) state-owned postal service or EMS. If you have chosen a service with a tracking number, you can track your shipment on the PostNL website or on a specialized tracking site.
We apply the following "from" rates. These prices are based on 21% Dutch VAT.
Netherlands:
For small items (small surrounds, glue up to 50 cc, small dust covers, etc.), our shipping costs start at €5.35. Your shipment will then be sent as a "letterbox package+."
For large items (large dust covers, tweeters, woofers, diaphragms), the shipping costs, depending on the number of items, start at €8.89 for a parcel. Parcel delivery to a parcel point is also possible.
The amounts listed include 21% VAT.
Within the European Union:
For small speaker surrounds, dust caps, glue, etc., our shipping costs start at €5.75 for a letterbox package without track & trace. With track & trace, the shipping costs start at €7.20. The final price depends on the weight and the destination country.
For larger items (surrounds larger than 10 inches, large dust covers, tweeters, woofers, diaphragms), the shipping costs start at €11.80 for a small parcel sent by air freight. For heavier and more expensive items, we offer parcel post starting from €12.
You can also choose insured mail within the EU. You will then receive a track and trace number, but you must be present to sign for delivery! Your shipment is insured against damage and loss. This option is available for an additional fee starting from €1.25.

Prices for shipping within the EU are based on 21% Dutch VAT. You may see different prices based on the VAT applicable in your country. As of July 1, 2021, we must charge EU customers the applicable VAT rate in their country.
Outside the European Union:
For small items, we charge a letterbox package service starting from €7.24, depending on the number of items. Larger items (edges up to 15 inches, dust covers larger than 70 mm, etc.) can be shipped as a parcel starting from €11.80.
For larger and more expensive items, shipping costs start at €21.20 for a tracked air parcel up to 2 kilograms.
You can also choose insured mail. You will then always receive a track and trace number, but you must be present to sign for delivery. Your shipment is insured against damage and loss for an additional fee starting at €1.25.
Amounts listed for shipping outside the EU are VAT exempt.
Shipping prices vary significantly depending on the item selected, its destination, and the amount of statutory VAT.
We reserve the right to offer only registered mail for certain countries.
We reserve the right to ship certain (brand) items exclusively by insured mail.
We do not ship worldwide. Certain countries are excluded from shipping.
