This coating is suitable for making linen surrounds, linen dustcaps and linen/silk tweeter diaphragms airtight. Contains: 6 ML. Manufacturer: P.Audio.

The coating can also be used with a brush other than the brush of the bottle. To do this, remove the 'stopper' in the neck of the bottle - then a brush with a wider handle can be used.

Technics sb-ch950
Coating gebruikt voor het recoaten van de tweeters van de Technics SB-CH950. Deze lijken origineel heel gevoelig voor verduring, de coating komt gewoon los. Bijna de helft was weg. Na aanbrengen van de coating klonken de speakers weer als nieuw

I came across your site as my 40 years old KEF tweeters had serious issues with dried out ferrofluid and worned out domes coating. One of them was pretty much silent.
I discovered from your excellent post « Restore silk tweeter dome » that domes coating could be restored. Fortunately, cleaning the KEF domes/coils and applying the « CoaTzEs » coating was easy. It restored the speakers high tones and sound image. I am now performing some tests and will add the ferrofluid in the coming days.
The other possibility would have been to find compatible tweeters, hoping to recover the sounds I used to love from those speakers.
