Rubber ring (8 inch) for Mission 762 woofer

I recently changed the foam on my Mission 762 driver speaker, that had literally just disintegrated over time for a replacement rubber surround. With the replacement being rubber and not foam I was a little concerned that the performance wouldn't be as good. However, after fitting it, you really wouldn't know the difference. To be honest I actually believe it sounds better than the other speaker, which I'll look to replace in the future. In terms of installation, very easy, just need to be patient in removing the old foam surround/glue and ensure that the positioning is correct in relation with the cone. Overall very happy, would defiantly buy again. It's also saved me from having to buy a new set of speakers!!
