The serial number can be found on the label on the back of the cabinet.

"B&W will do its utmost to match the original with the replacement part, but please accept some differences in colour/finish due to production tolerances or ageing during storage.
The rubber part around the tweeter may feel sticky. You can very carefully clean the surface with methylated spirits on a microfibre cloth (slightly damp, not too wet!). Be careful not to touch the dome of the tweeter."
