Free shipping (NL)

Within the Netherlands we offer the option 'Free Shipping' for orders with a value of EUR 35 or more. To use it, select the option 'Free Shipping' as the shipping method. If you select a different shipping method, shipping costs may be charged.

Conditions for free shipping:
  • The value of the order is at least EUR 35 (2024: EUR 33) excluding shipping costs.
  • The option 'Free Shipping' is selected when entering the address.
  • Shipping takes place within the Netherlands.
  • The shipping method is determined by us. We do not offer specific shipping methods such as 'shipping to collection point' or 'insured shipping' for free.
  • If part of the order is returned and the value of the changed order falls below EUR 35, shipping costs may still be charged.
  • Returning items is not free.
