Free shipping (NL/BE)

Within the Netherlands and Belgium, we offer the option 'Free Shipping' for certain orders in 2025. To use it, select the option 'Free Shipping' as the shipping method. If you select a different shipping method, shipping costs may be charged.

Conditions for free shipping:
  • The value of the order is at least EUR 35,- (NL) or EUR 55,- (BE) excluding shipping costs.
  • The option 'Free Shipping' is selected when entering the address.
  • Shipping takes place within the Netherlands or Belgium.
  • The shipping method is determined by us. Shipping may take longer than with paid shipping methods. We do not offer specific shipping methods such as 'shipping to collection point' or 'insured shipping' for free.
  • If part of the order is returned and the value of the changed order falls below EUR 35,- (NL) or EUR 55 (BE), shipping costs may still be charged.
  • Returning items is not free.
